FAQ
Invoice & Payment FAQ
Clear answers on how we agree work and how invoices are paid.
Can I pay on this website?
No. We do not take payments on this website and there is no checkout. All work is agreed with you first by email or phone, and only then do we send an invoice.
How does the process work?
1) You send an enquiry. 2) We contact you by email or phone to understand your requirements. 3) We send a written quote describing the work and our fee. 4) Once you approve, we email you a Stripe invoice. 5) We carry out the agreed work.
What is a Stripe invoice?
Stripe is a regulated, secure payment provider. Our invoice arrives by email from Stripe and includes a secure link where you can pay by card or other available methods. We never see or store your full card details.
How do I know an invoice is genuine?
Genuine invoices are sent only after you have agreed a quote with us, will show Event Registration Group Ltd as the business name, and match the amount in your quote. If in doubt, email info@eventregistrationgroup.com or call +44 7859 288912 before paying.
What am I paying for?
Only our professional administrative service fee, as described in your quote. We do not collect money on behalf of any other organisation. Any fees charged by a third party are paid by you directly to them.
When is payment due?
Payment terms are shown on each invoice — usually within 7 days, or before work begins for urgent requests.
Which currency do you invoice in?
Invoices are normally issued in pounds sterling (GBP). Other currencies may be agreed in writing in advance.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt automatically when payment is completed, and we can provide a VAT-compliant invoice copy on request where applicable.
What if I need to cancel or have a concern about a charge?
Please contact us first — we aim to resolve every concern quickly. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for full details.
