Payments & Fees

1. Our fee-for-service model

Event Registration Group Ltd charges a professional fee for administrative services that we carry out ourselves. We do not sell goods, do not resell third-party access or admission, and do not collect, hold or transfer money on behalf of any other organisation.

2. No payments on this website

This website is for information and enquiries only. There is no online checkout and no card details are collected here.

3. How fees are agreed

• You contact us with your requirements.
• We discuss the scope with you by email or phone.
• We send a written quote setting out the services, the fee, any applicable VAT and the expected timeframe.
• Work begins only after you confirm acceptance of the quote in writing (email is sufficient).

4. Invoicing via Stripe

After acceptance, we send you an invoice by email through Stripe, our secure payment processor. The invoice shows our company name, a description of the services, the amount, currency and due date. You can pay through Stripe’s secure hosted page using the methods shown on the invoice. Card data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards; we never receive or store full card numbers.

5. Currency, VAT and taxes

Fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise agreed. Where VAT applies, it will be shown separately on the quote and invoice.

6. Payment terms

Unless stated otherwise on the invoice, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. For time-sensitive requests, we may require payment before work starts. We may pause work on overdue invoices after giving notice.

7. Third-party fees

If an organiser or other third party charges its own fee, that fee is not included in our invoice and must be paid by you directly to that third party, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Receipts and statement descriptor

Stripe emails a receipt when payment is completed. The charge will appear on your statement under our business name.
