2. Our services
We provide professional administrative and registration support, including form preparation, document organisation and coordination of paperwork for meetings and conferences. We act as an administrative service provider only. We do not sell goods, do not resell any third-party access or admission, and do not collect money on behalf of third parties.
3. Forming a contract
A contract is formed when you accept our written quote by email or other written confirmation. The quote sets out the scope, fee and timeframe. Information on this website is not an offer.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents.
- Ensure you have the right to share any personal data of others (e.g. team members) with us.
- Review and approve information before we submit it where requested.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate or late information supplied to us.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in the accepted quote and are invoiced via Stripe. No payments are taken on this website. Full details are in our Payments & Fees policy.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Third parties
Outcomes, approvals, availability and fees set by organisers or other third parties are outside our control. We will carry out our administrative tasks with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee a third party’s decision.
8. Confidentiality and data
We keep your information confidential and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to this, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Complaints
Please contact us first with any complaint. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and respond in full within 10 business days.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you accepted your quote applies to that engagement.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
